Official Rules
Carried over verbatim from the source pool, with two ambiguities the original rules never addressed resolved explicitly below.
- Pick one SEC team each week to win outright. No spreads. Spreads may be displayed as decision support only and never affect scoring.
- 14 scoring weeks: 13 regular-season weeks plus the SEC Championship. Bowl games do not count.
- A team may be used only once per participant per season.
- The picked team must play another SEC team or a Power 4 opponent(ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC).
- A participant may pick against any single team at most three timesacross the season.
- Winner is the best record at season's end.
- Tiebreakers, in order: road wins, then season point differential.
Neutral sites count as road
A neutral-site game counts as a road game. A win at a neutral site counts toward the road-wins tiebreaker, regardless of which team the schedule designates as “home.”

Two things the original rules were silent on
The owner's rules above never say what happens if you don't submit a pick. Here is how this pool resolves that, and what it means for the SEC Championship.
A missed week is a loss only if you had a legal pick
A week with no pick submitted counts as a loss, if and only if you had at least one eligible, unused team available that week. If no legal pick existed at all, the week is excluded from your record entirely. Not a loss, not a win.
The SEC Championship is a bonus week
The season asks for 14 picks from a pool of 16 SEC teams, and the SEC Championship week offers only the two teams that make it there. Most participants will reach that final week with no legal pick remaining, through no fault of their own, so for most people, the SEC Championship doesn't count against them either way. Deliberately holding back a likely championship team for that week, on the other hand, is a legitimate season-long gamble.
Editing a pick
A pick may be changed freely until that specific game kicks off.
